Content        The information provided on a webpage.
D.N.S.        Domain Name System : System that translates domain names into IP numbers.
H.T.M.L.        Hyper Text Markup Language : A coding language used to create hypertext documents for use on the web.
I.S.P.        Internet Service Providers.
Keywords        Words used to optmize your site for better listings in search engines.
L.A.N.        Local Area Network.
Meta Tag        Used to catorize information for search engines.
P 2 P        Peer to Peer.
P.P.C        Pay per Click.
P.R.        Page Rank.
R.S.S.        Real Simple Syndication : used for syndication and content sharing.
S.E.O.        Search Engine Optimization : Web Pages used to achive the highest ranking from search engines.
S.E.R.P.        Search Engine Result Position.
Spam        Unsoliced junk email used to promote services or sell products.
U.R.L.        Uniform Resource Locator.

What exactly are forums. Well I guess they are a place where anyone can have their say about anything and it is also a place where you can have your say about what other people have to say. A form of bulletin board. It is hard to find a site now that doesn’t have a blog or a forum, but a couple of years ago they were few and far between. It is just like fashion or business, it changes over time, things become fashionable. Probably in a couple of years time the internet will have a new style of message board.
